Young players: Keep personal details private. Ask a parent or guardian before sharing information, making purchases or using social features.

Parents and guardians: Review the age rating and privacy information for the particular app, supervise online interactions and use device controls to restrict purchases where appropriate.

Information we handle

The information involved depends on the app and the features you use. It may include:

• Gameplay and activity: sessions, progress, completed levels, interactions and purchase events.
• Device and connection details: model, operating system, IP address, time zone, network details, notification tokens and device or advertising identifiers, where permitted.
• Diagnostics: errors, crash reports, access times and performance logs.
• Advertising and measurement: ad interactions and information used to understand campaign effectiveness and app usage.
• Optional platform features: display name, avatar or other information made available through the permissions you grant to a connected gaming or social platform.
• Support correspondence: your email address, enquiry and any attachments or details you choose to send us.

Basic gameplay does not require you to send us your name, email address or contact details. Optional platform features may require a platform account. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information with support requests.

Visits to arvappsdesign.com may generate technical server records, including browser and device information, pages requested, timestamps and referring pages. This presentation website does not include advertising or analytics scripts. Fonts are supplied through Google Fonts, which receives the technical information needed to deliver them.

Why we use information

We use relevant information to deliver gameplay and requested features, maintain progress, diagnose faults, improve performance, answer support enquiries and protect our services from misuse. App measurements help us understand which experiences work well and where improvements are needed.

Where an app includes advertising, data may also be used to deliver ads and measure their effectiveness. Personalised advertising and other optional processing are subject to consent and platform requirements. We may also process information to meet legal obligations or communicate important service changes.

Our basis for processing

For people in the European Economic Area, we rely on the legal basis that fits the particular purpose: performing a contract to provide requested services; legitimate interests in service reliability, security and relevant product improvements, after considering your rights; complying with legal duties; or your consent for optional processing that requires it.

You can withdraw consent through the relevant app or device controls, or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew it. Reading this policy or simply using an app does not replace consent where consent is required.

External services & partners

Individual apps may integrate services for advertising, diagnostics, analytics, distribution or optional social features. The integrations vary by title; the app’s notices and permissions identify those relevant to your experience. Potential providers include:

Children’s information

Some experiences may be suitable for younger audiences. Age ratings and app-specific notices should guide a parent’s decision. We do not knowingly collect a child’s identifying personal information without the parental authorisation required by applicable law.

When consent is the basis for an online service offered directly to children in Sweden, a parent or guardian must provide it for a child under 13. Different age thresholds can apply elsewhere. Child-directed apps must also follow applicable rules, including COPPA where relevant and the distribution platform’s family requirements.

If you believe a child has supplied personal information without the required permission, email info@arvappsdesign.com. We will investigate and remove the information or take another legally appropriate step. Advertising and social features for children must respect applicable age restrictions.

When information is shared

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. Information may be disclosed to providers helping operate our services, to comply with a lawful request, to address fraud or protect people and our services, or as part of a company restructuring or transfer.

Optional social features may share limited information needed for achievements, leaderboards or other features you choose to use. Advertising partners may receive identifiers and interaction data as described in this policy and the relevant app’s consent notices. Access is limited to the purpose involved.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for the period needed to provide the relevant service, resolve an issue or satisfy a legal obligation, and then delete it or make it no longer identifiable.

Analytics records collected through tools such as Firebase or Google Analytics are retained for up to 90 days, except where a legal requirement or a specific technical need requires a different period. We delete support emails and associated records from our systems after the enquiry is resolved, unless they need to be retained to meet a legal obligation or address an ongoing dispute. Truly anonymous statistical summaries may be kept longer for product improvement.

Protecting information

We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, alteration or loss. Access should be limited to people and providers who need it for their work. No online service or storage system can promise complete security.

Your choices & privacy rights

Depending on the applicable law, you may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, restrict its use, object to certain processing or receive eligible information in a portable format. You can also withdraw consent where processing relies on it. These rights can be subject to legal conditions.

Send requests to info@arvappsdesign.com. We may need reasonable information to verify your identity and locate the relevant records. Do not send identity documents unless we specifically request them through a suitable channel.

You can manage advertising and tracking permissions in iOS or Android settings, notification permissions on your device and cookies in your browser. Disabling a permission may affect the feature that uses it.

You may raise a concern with your local data protection authority. In Sweden, this is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY).

Advertising & tracking

Apps that contain ads may use AdMob or other providers named above. These services can process IP addresses, advertising identifiers, device information, approximate region and ad interactions to deliver and measure advertising. Personalised ads are subject to applicable consent, age restrictions and platform controls.

Use the app’s privacy controls and your device’s advertising settings to change optional tracking preferences. Withdrawing permission for personalised advertising may still allow contextual ads that do not rely on a personalised profile. Web privacy choices are separate from permissions in an installed app.

Optional purchases

Some apps may offer paid content, virtual items or upgrades. Google Play or the Apple App Store processes the payment under its own terms and privacy policy. We may receive purchase status or transaction information needed to provide the item and resolve a purchase issue; we do not receive your full payment-card details from the store.

Device and store controls can restrict purchases or require approval. Parents should review those controls before a child uses an app.

Social & sharing features

Where available, achievement sharing, connected logins and other social tools are optional. Information you choose to share may become visible under the connected platform’s audience settings. Review those settings before using a feature.

Social features are not intended for children under 13, and a higher minimum age may apply under a platform’s rules or local law.

Processing outside your country

ARV Mobile App Design is based in Sweden. Providers supporting a particular app may process information in other countries, including locations outside the European Economic Area.

When personal information is transferred outside the EEA, an applicable legal transfer mechanism is required, such as a European Commission adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses where suitable. Contact us to ask about safeguards relevant to your information. Use of an app alone is not blanket consent to international transfers.

Updates to this policy

We may revise this policy as our services, technology or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows the most recent revision. For material changes, we will provide additional notice where required and request fresh consent if the change needs it.
